Marketplace Experiences is the meeting point between two worlds that have worked separately until now: accommodation properties and local activity providers.
On one side, a dedicated provider dashboard to publish and manage their catalog of experiences. On the other, a new section inside the hotel dashboard that lets properties import those services directly into their AI agent. In between, a payment layer built on Stripe Connect that automatically splits every transaction between provider, hotel, and platform.

For hotels: a new revenue stream with zero extra work

Import from the marketplace in one click. The new "Import from marketplace" section lets you browse experiences published by providers and add them to your AI agent's services in a single step. No contracts, no manual product sheet uploads.
Configurable revenue sharing. Each hotel sets the commission percentage they'll earn on marketplace sales of imported services. The calculation happens automatically at checkout, with estimated net earnings shown upfront.
Earnings preview before publishing. In the imported-service editor, the hotel sees estimated earnings per booking in real time, based on the provider's price and the agreed commission. Decisions are made with the numbers right in front of you.
Clear, readable order view. For every marketplace order, the hotel sees a prominent "gross / hotel share" breakdown. Your portion is readable at a glance, no spreadsheets needed.
In practice: the hotel earns on services they don't have to produce, organize, or manage. They're monetizing what they already have — the guest's trust and direct contact through the AI agent.
For experience providers: a complete dashboard to sell more
For those organizing tours, activities, and local experiences, Marketplace Experiences is a turnkey digital sales channel distributed through a network of accommodation properties.
A dedicated "Experiences" dashboard. A separate workspace with guided onboarding: organization profile, operating city, and multi-user team management for those working with multiple people.
Complete service catalog. Every experience has a published, suspended, or draft status with images, description, price, currency, and category. Everything under control, everything editable.
Advanced availability editor. Define recurring slots by day of the week with maximum capacity per slot. For more flexible services, the "Direct request" mode is available with no calendar constraint.
Native Stripe Connect onboarding. Providers connect their account in a few clicks and verify payout-ready status directly from the dashboard. Publishing stays blocked until the account is ready to receive payments — no risk of selling without being able to collect.
Real-time payout preview. For every combination of price and commission, the provider instantly sees their share, the hotel's share, and the platform fee. Automatic guardrails prevent economically unsustainable configurations.
"Marketplace Orders" view and Payout section. Complete sales history with customer data, gross amount, provider share, and payout status. The Payout section adds summary cards (gross, provider share, hotel share, platform fee) and Stripe payout timing guidance — all with Italian-localized labels.

Automatic split at checkout. When the guest purchases, the gross amount is automatically split between provider, hotel, and Hotely. No manual intervention, no reconciliation, complete tracking of every share.
Infrastructure-level reliability. The payment layer handles every Stripe event — charge, refund, transfer, account update — with end-to-end idempotency, selective retry on transient errors, and a complete audit trail for troubleshooting.
Automatic email notifications. Providers and hotels receive timely communication on every new sale. In case of refunds, disputes, or transfer issues, they receive a detailed alert with order and amount information.
