1. The service

Hotely provides accommodation businesses with the pages guests use to check availability, choose a room and rate, pay and manage their booking, as well as property websites. This information is given under Italian Legislative Decree 82/2022 (European Accessibility Act). The property selling the stay remains the trader towards the guest.

2. How it meets the requirements

  • Technical reference: EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.1 level AA.
  • Semantic HTML pages with headings, form labels and text alternatives; a «Skip to content» link on websites.
  • Prices, cancellation terms and the total are shown as text before payment.
  • Colours from a single palette, with light and dark mode.
  • Pages available in several languages, with the language declared in the page code.

3. Status and known limitations

This is a self-assessment by Aurora Technologies S.r.l.; no third-party audit has been carried out yet, so the service should be considered partially conformant. Content uploaded by properties (photos without descriptions, videos, PDF documents) and embedded third-party services, such as the payment provider's page or maps, may not be fully accessible.

4. Feedback and assistance

If you run into a barrier or need information in an accessible format, write to info@hotely.ai and tell us the page. We reply within 30 days and, where needed, help you complete the booking through another channel.

5. Supervisory authority

If the answer is not satisfactory you can contact the Agenzia per l'Italia Digitale (AgID), the supervisory authority for services under Legislative Decree 82/2022: www.agid.gov.it.
